We do not offer cash refunds, we only offer exchanges or store credit.

  • All exchanges and store credits will be credited at the items lowest selling price.
  • All exchanges must have original tagging and show no signs of wear or tear.
  • All exchanges must be received within 7 days of the original delivery date if items were shipped to customer, local purchases will be 7 days from the date of purchase.¬† Customers will be liable for any cost that is accrued for shipping during an exchange.

All store exchanges/store credits that are mailed back will be processed on the following Wednesday.  Customers must contact us before mailing back to let us know it is coming through our email, or through messenger on Fanci Friends Facebook page.  Also, customers must included a note in their package with the customers name and order number.  Order numbers can be found on customers invoices/receipts.

Again, as listed above all store credits/exchanges are only allowed within 7 days of purchase if local, and 7 days of delivery to customers address. 

Missing Or Damaged Goods
  • If you have received damaged or incorrect products in your order when you receive your package, please contact us by email at or by phone at (910)347-3212.¬† You must contact us within 7 days of delievery, or pick up if local, so we can correct the issue.
  • If you have not received your order within 5 business days of purchase and suspect it maybe missing, please contact us by email at or by phone at (910)347-3212 so we can look into the issue.

We DO NOT offer exchange or store credits on accessories, jewelry, under garments (ex. bralettes), body suits, biker shorts, seasonal items (specialty graphics, Christmas items), pre-orders, personalized items or sale items.  The previous listed items are FINAL SALE.

Again, no cash returns will be issued.  We only offer exchanges or store credits.
